Workshop about “Retail Strategy”

Internal workshop to exchange on the Retail banking targets for 2021.

Banque Franco lao (BFL) organized a internal workshop to provide a clear understanding of the bank commercial strategy. as well as to help reach the Retail targets for 2021.

More than 65 staff attended the workshop, organized in partnership with the Human Resources, e-Payment and Marketing teams as well as special speech by BFL director and deputy director.

Identifying the right talents and helping them grow professionally within the bank is the cornerstone of BFL people’s management policy. The event was also a great opportunity to strengthen our team spirit and allow for experience sharing sessions between some senior and junior employees from all over the country.
