Victorious Team BRED

Team BRED gave a gallant performance and came out victorious in the Fiji Institute of Bankers Quiz Competition this year.  

Fiji Institute of Bankers (FIB) Sports Committee hosts various competitions between Banks. One of which is the Quiz competition where each bank is represented by a team of 6-10 participants who answer general knowledge and banking related questions. There were 2 rounds in this competition – 1. Email Round – where a set of questions were emailed to the teams, the team which answers most correct answers, in the shortest span of time Wins. Round 2 is a Quiz Night, where the teams contest in front of a live audiences. Our team took the lead from early stages and triumphed in the Quiz night as well. 

CEO of BRED Bank Fiji, Thierry CHARRAS-GILLOT was overwhelmed with the results. He said “Well Done Team! BRED Bank number 1! So proud of you! Congratulations! While the Bank was already making positive strides on business side of things by capturing historic market share, this victory further cemented the Banks reputation amongst competitors through this victory.“

According to team leader Deepak Narayan, the battle was intense between all local banks and kept the audience captivated till the last minute.
