BCIMR has signed an agreement with the urban rehabilitation and housing agency (ARULoS) on 6 March 2022 at the premises of the Ministry of City, Urban Planning and Housing.
This partnership concerns the implementation of an affordable financing mechanism for all the projects for the benefit of first-time buyers and in particular the commercialisation and financing of the acquisition of the “Dariya Residence” flats built by ARULoS.
Regis Barriac, General Manager of BCIMR and Mr. Abdourahman Ali Ahmed, General Manager of ARULoS, expressed their willingness to collaborate for the implementation of preferred financing modalities to the benefit of Djiboutian households.
BCIMR, a pioneer bank in the sector, is very proud to participate in the implementation of an affordable and unique financing in the housing sector.
