BCIMR has reached a significant milestone in its talent management and workplace well-being strategy. For the first time, the institution conducted an engagement survey called Opinions 2024, in collaboration with Ipsos. This initiative reflects BCIMR’s commitment to listening to its employees and providing a dynamic and rewarding work environment.
With an outstanding participation rate of 87%, the survey revealed an engagement level exceeding 80%. This result highlights employees’ dedication to their company, their pride in working there, and their trust in the management.
To celebrate and share these findings, BCIMR organized a special event. During the evening, the survey results were presented, accompanied by an institutional video showcasing the initiatives and values upheld by BCIMR.
This inaugural edition of Opinions 2024 marks the beginning of an ongoing effort to strengthen social dialogue and employee well-being.
