Communication deployed in times of pandemic

Bred Bank Cambodia communicated with its existing personal and business clients through email and their social media platforms in response to the Covid crisis. It took the opportunity to invite its business clients to come and discuss about the difficulties of their businesses and helped personal clients stay safe by letting them know how to react as well as through the call center.

A digital campaign was launched through the Google ecosystem and social networks to let Cambodia’s successful companies know that BRED Bank Cambodia was open for business.

Potential customers were also informed about banking services and how they can safely conduct their banking transactions at BRED Bank Cambodia.
