Club Mouv’ is celebrating its first anniversary!

Launched in February 2021, the Mouv’ application is a 100% digital club dedicated for young BCI customers between 16 and 25 years old. One year after its launch, more than 5000 users and 120 partners have joined Mouv’. 

This program gives access to an application in which retail partners offer contests and exclusive offers throughout the year. 

With this new offer in New Caledonia, the BCI has made a strategic choice to differentiate itself from the rest of the market, enabling it to develop the loyalty of its young customers from the very beginning of the banking relationship and to consolidate its leading position. 

Innovative and digital, this application enables the BCI to be contacted by new professional customers who wish to join the program. Retailers can boost their visibility and work on their brand image by targeting young customers more precisely. 

To celebrate its first anniversary, a convivial cocktail party was organised with more than 120 merchants on one of the most emblematic rooftops in Noumea. This evening was an opportunity to thank all the partners for their involvement throughout the past year. 

The BCI was also able to present to the guests the future improvements that will be made to the application, in particular the sending of geolocalised push notifications and the automation of statistical reports. 

One year after the launch of the Mouv’ application in February 2021, the BCI interviewed its young customers who use the application and the retail partners who have joined the Club.
