US-franchised real estate company Century 21 Cambodia on January 28 appointed BRED Bank Cambodia Plc as its finance partner for properties that are exclusively promoted by its Century 21 Cambodia Network.
A memorandum of understanding (MoU) was signed to this effect by Century 21 Cambodia chief operation officer Seraj Sutton and BRED Bank Cambodia CEO Guillaume Perdon.
Sutton said: “I believe this collaboration will play a strong role in creating better opportunities for customers and investors while enabling more Cambodian people to buy their dream properties.
“Our customers won’t just enjoy their new home ownership, they’ll also benefit from the competitive and flexible financing provided by BRED Bank Cambodia.”
