BRED Bank Solomon keeps improving its customer service

BRED Bank Solomon continue to do more and more for its customer service.

First of all, it concerns BRED Solomon Connect app, that has a new update. Thanks to this new update it is now possible:

  • To transfer and pay BRED Merchants by scanning their QR codes.
  • To simulate the exchange rate applied to your transactions before you confirm your transaction.
  • To save your beneficiary as a favorite while you make payments using QR codes.
  • To access your bank account details from your App Home page

As well as your transfer slip shows automatically after your transaction is completed.

The revamped and enhanced BRED Bank Solomon Limited mobile app makes it easy to bank on the go 24/7. Customers can manage their everyday banking needs anywhere, anytime directly from your mobile / tablet device.

Secondly, BRED Bank Solomon now has a Call Center in place.

Currently, the Call Center has two officers manning it. They are Brandy Matanga and Nesther Tema who both have extensive experience in customer service. The Call Center staff are responsible for all incoming and outgoing calls as well as email demands. They are responsible for advising customers on general banking enquiries such as, the types of products available, the requirements needed to open an account, registration for BRED Solomon Connect, providing bank statements & other customer enquiries.
