BRED Bank Fiji selected as the banking service provider for the European Union in Fiji

The European Union has chosen to partner with a European banking group for its operations in the Pacific.

The European Union Ambassador to the Pacific His Excellency Sujiro Seam officially announced that BRED Bank Fiji has been selected as the banking service provider for the European Union in Fiji.

BRED Bank is also the banking service provider for the European Union Office in New Caledonia, through its subsidiary, Banque Calédonienne d’Investissement (BCI).

“BRED Bank Fiji is honored to become the preferred banking partner of the European Union following a rigorous selection process. This new partnership adds to BRED Bank Fiji’s growth in the market and complements its historical market share of over 12%, which the Bank reached in May 2022.
This partnership comes at the right time, as BRED Bank celebrates its 10th anniversary in Fiji. We thank the European Union and all our customers for the trust they place in us and we are committed to providing them with the services they deserve.”
