Bred Bank Fiji opens new branch in Labasa

BRED Bank’s recent $4 million investment in its inaugural branch in Fiji’s Northern Division underscores the bank’s commitment to equitable financial services. CEO Thierry Charras-Gillot  underlined the importance of this investment to enable Vanua Levu’s customers to better meet their needs.

The “Banking Without Distance” strategy solidifies their vision to be Fiji’s preferred bank, emphasizing customer relationships and promises kept.

“Our very presence in the North today solidifies our strength and signifies a new era of financial service evolution. We bring innovative banking services and products that will empower the people of the North to make better choices and sound financial decisions.”

The Labasa Branch, with 10 staff members, including an SME Manager and cutting-edge E-Channel services, aims to bolster economic growth in the North. Minister Charan Jeath Singh praised the bank’s initiative, foreseeing its positive impact on equality and economic sustainability in the region.
