Appointments within the Newly Created Corporate and Investment Bank

We are pleased to announce the appointment of Luc Viennet as Director of the newly created Corporate and Investment Bank (CIB) and Nathalie Betting as Deputy Director. Both Luc Viennet and Nathalie Betting are members of the Executive Committee. These appointments are part of our growth strategy to enhance our service offerings for corporate and institutional clients.

The creation of the CIB within BRED Banque Populaire aims to better support our corporate and institutional clients in their development by providing tailored and innovative financial solutions. This project will unfold in two stages. The first stage, effective immediately, involves establishing a shared management structure for the Corporate Banking and Capital Markets Divisions.

This will, on the one hand, enable our clients to identify us as a fully-fledged CIB, organized by coverage and specialties, and on the other, allow us to address each issue thoroughly to best support the ambitions outlined in our strategic plan. The second stage of the project, scheduled for 2025, will define the target organization.
