A month full of training for the BCIMR

To ensure its place as a market leader, it was necessary for BCIMR to be equipped with new tools that will enable it to increase its operational and commercial efficiency. For this purpose, the ASRI project was set up.

The ASRI project (which means ‘modernity’ in Arabic, Afar and Somali) is an opportunity for BCIMR to review processes and strengthen its operations. The objective is to deploy a new version of the FlexCube tool, which is more modern and easier to use, but also to improve existing banking processes, and to deploy new tools such as the “Portal” which will make life easier for everyone on a daily basis.

The ASRI project team, in collaboration with the Human Resources Department, organised several training sessions in order to prepare all employees for the use of BCIMR’s future working tools. Thus, the month of April was rich in training for the BCIMR, with more than 3,547 hours of teaching completed.

A very intense month for the trainers, as well as for the learners who had to disregard the fasting of the month of Ramadan, the extra hours and the reduced weekends, in order to succeed in their training, which illustrates the solidarity and cohesion within the BCIMR.
