In the will to providing excellent customer service and ensuring the seamless operation of its banking services, BRED Bank Vanuatu is thrilled to announce the upgrade Flexcube to Version 14 which will be known as “Yumi Gro” project, reaffirming the Bank’s strategic business objective to progress ahead of their competitors to have a robust competitive advantage.
On the 9th of September 2023, BRED Bank Vanuatu conducted its second rehearsal in preparation for the Flexcube Version 14 upgrade. This rehearsal was not just a technical exercise; it was an inclusive initiative that allowed all staff members to familiarize themselves with the V14 Flexcube and the Branch Portal.
Starting from October 16, 2023, the teams at BRED Bank Vanuatu will embark on the implementation of the new Flexcube Version 14 interface. This transition signifies a major step forward in BRED Bank Vanuatu’s alignment with leading-edge technology, setting the stage for enhanced customer experience and optimized day-to-day operations.
