BRED Bank Vanuatu have shown excellent results in January this year, such as largest net monthly profit ever recorded (106 MM) and leading market share, highest ever in Vanuatu, as on 31st December 2021 (38,2%).
Our very good results for 2021 across all of our activities are part of a long chronicle of growth. They are driven by the intensification of the global value added relationship of proximity in each of our customer segments.
Banking without distance is choosing the lasting proximity and high value-added advice, through the most suitable choice of relationship. That is why human capital development is one of our top priorities.
From December 2021 to January 2022, BRED Bank Vanuatu offered soft-skill trainings to its employees, in particular, how to handle customer complaints and sales skills training, targeted mainly for the front-line staff – who handle customers.
BRED Bank Vanuatu has also provided Bank Product and Service training. This was an opportunity to inform staff of the various banking products and services that the bank provides and help them to be more knowledgeable of what they can sell or make referral for.
